I bought some amazing ceramic pots and pans from BHV which are totally non-stick but without the risk of Teflon. I would definitely recommend them. I love crepes but prefer to buy them on the street. It’s my favourite street food in Paris!
The brand I got is called Green Pan but they have a couple of different ones. They are not like Le Creuset which are super heavy, they are much easier to work with. I’ve had mine for around 3 months and absolutely nothing sticks to them and they still look as good as new. They are much better than anything I have ever used.
Thanks for posting the link for this on FB. I love the last photo! We have an electric crepe pan but one of these days I’m going to make them in a frypan so that I can try flipping them.
