Hi Fraussie,
I think it might be world wide rule that all builders must have their radios on very loud so that the whole neighbourhood can hear that they’re working, and of course, then they must yell over the top of the radio to be heard. Lyn

Fraussie Had to smile at your choice of “happy” food. Last time I had oysters I got food poisoning, haven’t touched them since. How awful that the renovations and associated nuisances are not finished yet and how wonderfully fortunate you are to have your peaceful place of retreat in Blois.

How awful to have had food poisoning from oysters! We’ve now been told that the renovations will continue until January so I don’t know what I’m going to do. It’s a long time to only see Relationnel at weekends. He’s planned to come down for a week in November fortunately.

Yes, the view’s lovely and this week, it’s going to be sunny and warm. I must confess it’s not easy to work straight away after returning from Australia but being able to determine my own schedule makes it easier.
