Hello, just a silly question I suppose, but the flour used in the thin crust apple tart recipe…would that be Australian plain flour or self-raising flour, not sure what unbleached means.

Hi Linda, it’s just plain flour and not self raising which doesn’t actually exist here or if it does, it’s hardly ever used. I’ll add it to the ingredients.

Oh good! We will have a chance to see something special at Notre Dame when there in September. I wonder if the bells will sound exactly the same…
