Oh no! I was so looking forward to seeing the pictures of you both enjoying champagne and foie gras in front of the fireplace. In spite of the heat here and trying to imagine how cold it is in your part of the world, I’ve been hoping you would have it finished – but it sounds as if it has been/is an enormous job. I’m sure it will be well worth the effort though.

Yes, it’s always very difficult to imagine heat when you’re cold and vice versa. So to disappoint you about the champagne and foie gras!
