I have two half-written posts that I don’t seem to be able to find time to finish so I thought I’d share some of our spring photos with you in the meantime. Those you follow Loire Daily Photo will already have seen some of them.

    1. It’s not always easy to photograph lilac outside because of the light. I’ve added a photo showing the same lilac after cutting a couple of years ago. That is the most common shade. It also comes in a dark purple colour and white.

      1. My memory is not what as good as it could be so I was quite taken aback when I saw the added photo. Question to self “How did you forget seeing this yesterday?” Thanks for adding it.

  1. Spring is so beautiful in Europe, Rosemary. We are in Budapest right now and are delighted to smell the lilac and all the other spring flowers.

    1. I do hope you’re enjoying Budapest! In particular I hope the weather isn’t as ghastly as it’s been here the last week. It keeps raining all the time. Where else are you headed?

  2. I’m sure you get the viburnum as well. It’s lovely isn’t it? Looking forward to seeing your photo in three weeks!
