Just extraordinarily beautiful and how different from what you expect from the outside. Thank you for sharing those beautiful photos. I don’t think I have seen such good ones of the interior before. It’s amazing how some of these buildings are just deposited in the midst of a city with no ability to see them from a distance without traffic and shops interrupting the view.
I do agree from your photos that the Cathedral at Orvieto is very beautiful too.

Thank you Marie! It is one place I would willingly go back to. It was thanks to Jim and Anne Campbell that we added Barcelona to our wish list. All of Gaudi’s architecture is stunning.
